Nicole joined Richards Advocacy as an associate lawyer after completing her articles with a premier litigation boutique in Toronto. She maintains a broad practice across all areas at the firm, including litigation, subrogation, insurance coverage, and investigations.

Nicole completed her JD at the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law and was called to the Bar in 2024. During law school, Nicole developed a passion for client advocacy. She volunteered with several legal clinics, including Community Legal Aid and Pro Bono Students Canada. She also represented the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, in multiple moot competitions and has appeared before the Landlord-Tenant tribunal and the Ontario Court of Justice.

Prior to law school, Nicole worked for the Ontario public service and an Ontario regulatory college. She completed her Hons. BA at the University of Toronto. For several years, she volunteered with Lawyers Feed the Hungry, which inspired her to seek out a legal career and give back to the community.
